The Electron and Ion Microscopy group at Ulm University focuses on the deveolopment of new techniques in quantitative transmission electron microscopy and scanning transmission electron microscopy. This includes mostly the development of new and efficient acquisition schemes and numerical tools to extract the desired information from the collected data, but also the development of new hardware to improve the performance of modern instruments (more).
